I own four of these rods now from mags and I really like these noodles. The only thing I would have to say is I wish the custom writing you could put on them was back to the longer length but if you were to give them five stars, I definitely give them 4.9.
I ordered a 34 inch power noodle with a medium cork handle, this was a personal tribute to my father. I was very impressed by the additional detail to the cork handle and the action of the rod. The handle is thicker and feels great in the hand. I can't wait to get after some crappie, dad's favorite fish. Thank you Mags Custom for my own bad ass build.

So happy with my purchase, a 28in pink custom power noodle. I got to take this to Lake Cascade and put a couple nice 1.5lb perch on the ice with it. Such a nice grip and super sensitive tip. Can’t wait to order my next Mags Custom Rod! Thank You for the attention to detail and quality products all around!!

Love it! Super sensitive and plenty of backbone
Awesome rod! Great tip for finicky fish and transitions quickly to a solid backbone. Set the hook with the flick of a wrist! The power noodle has replaced about 4 rods in my bag
I got the 36” power noodle. It’s got great sensitivity for panfish but it also handled this 25 1/2” walleye while I was perch fishing with no problem.

I’m gonna be very honest. I’ve been a St Croix guy for many years. I probably have 12 open water rods and 8 ice rods. All sizes for many different species. Mostly pan fish and walleye. I’m very disappointed that most of the st Croix rods are made in Mexico now. When I started looking for a longer noodle rod for pan fish I was not finding what I was looking for. A friend told me about Mag rods. I went to the web site and was very impressed with your story and the look of the rods. I bought a 36in power noodle for pan fish. I put a pisifun inline real on it. I’ve used it twice and love it!! I will be ordering more. Thank you

Terrible… broke first hook set and the warranty is pretty much worthless since i fought them last year trying to get a replacement and they refused to warranty it and im still fighting with them trying to get a new rod or at least get it fixed. Terrible customer service and warranty.

I have shored fished the Detroit River with a few different high end rods for walleye. Mags is by far the best rod I have ever used. Supper sensitive but strong enough backbone to handle bigger fish

This rod really exceeded all expectations. Even though it's an ice rod I took it out to my local creek to see how it handled a small trout. Turns out wonderfully. I love the re-coil guides especially and the bend. I can't wait for ice season to get to tackle more fish with it.

I have been fishing with my new 28inch Mags noodle rod several times since it arrived last week. Fishing a small tungsten jig with wax worms or minnow tails. I really like the sensitivity of this rod and it’s handled walleye up to 20 inches. I love the larger eyelets on the rod. It’s an exceptional fishing tool.
I finally had the chance to get on the ice and give it a go. I got into a mess of smaller panfish, and a nice sized rainbow. The rod was sensitive enough to feel the light bites of the panfish and plenty strong enough for the feisty rainbow. As expected, the power noodle is another quality MAGS product.
LOVE ITT, recoil guides are so worth it when u constantly hole hop and need to get the ice off!!

Best rod I've ever owned! Every other rod I own will be getting replaced with a power noodle.
This rod has a strong enough backbone to handle bigger panfish extremely smooth while having a sensitive enough tip to detect the smallest bites when the fish are finicky. The rod is great quality the grip feels very comfortable I will be buying more of these rods in the future.
