Great rods
I had this made into a custom bait casting rod. As always, the MAGS Team knocked it out of the park. The rod looks great. I love the action on it and it is very lightweight and sensitive.
Can't wait for the Kings to run up the Muskegon this fall. The 7'6" I ordered is awesome but I think I like the Distance I got from this 7'2" a little better. No matter both are going to get a workout

Bottom grip is off center and angled. Contacted customer service to see if this was normal and received a response to send photos. Sent the photos and no response emailed again and no response. Poor customer service and what was a exciting purchase is now a disappointment

I tried out this 6' 2 piece custom panfish build at my cabin on the Muskegon River this past weekend. Very impressed with how far it casts light jigs like the 1/8 pictured and the few spinners I tried with it. No fish caught but I was pressed for time working on my cabin. Try again soon. Love this light set up
I had this 7'8"ml built to throw light lures, jigs on the river at my cabin. I can't wait to see how it handles the browns and smallmouth

Absolutely awesome rod! Great backbone for a 7'8" MLXF and super sensitive tip. The craftsmanship is beautiful. This is my 8th Mags rod and I will continue to by most if not all my rods from them.

I purchased the MAGS PANFISH 7’ rod last week before vacation. We are up in the U.P. now and this is my favorite panfish pole that I have owned. It has nice sensitivity and bend to enjoy the panfish catch. I caught a couple walleyes on it also and it had enough power to drag these in. Highly recommended!

I Fished this 610 Ml rod with a Dawia reel and this rod fished fantastic landed several large fish , it is a bit more on the medium side than medium light which is great ! This can handle anything thrown at it within its realm ! Really sensitive and light , great build quality ! Hmm , said to self , let’s make it even more of a work of art and mount a gold Lews Pro reel ! Looking fwd to spooling this up and getting back out ! This is now my 2nd mags rod and extremely happy with both !
Since purchasing 4 of the 7’-6” medium / fast with eyelets for level wind reels, unbelievable performance over the Great Lakes system rods. It is my belief that not only can you use these for trowling but they are really balanced for jigging also. So much so that I would like to order two more of the same as the original order ! Got poles for me and my brothers. Had a blast on the Missouri river! (St.francis case) . Loved the poles used it more than anything in the rod locker.

The 6’10 ML-XF has been my go-to for all jig fishing. This spring it has really changed my game when it comes to accuracy for FFS applications and those finicky walleye light bites! The detection, sensitivity, and weightless feel is unmatched.

My first Mags custom rod was a Power Noodle and I was extremely satisfied with it. Held my first spinning rod at a local fishing store and was blown away by how light they are. I ordered my first custom spinning rod and I'm absolutely in love with it. It is so light. Has a great feel and sensitivity. I will be ordering more.
