Was looking for a 10 foot custom centerpin rod for inland trout fishing. I called MAGS and spoke with Pat. Pat took the time to listen to my exact needs, and hear what I was looking for. After listening to me, he understood exactly what I needed, and we designed a custom 5wt fly rod conversation. Today was the first day out, and the rod was amazing. Loved every aspect of the rod and had an absolute blast with it! Thank you Pat, and the entire MAGS team!

Ordered custom 13' float rod.
Asked for specific's on handle cork color and lengths.
Sent pictures and dimensions.
This was discussed & reviewed.
Rod received in much different cork / just light and dark mix - not what I specified.
Also handle length's of cork were not as I specified.
Same handles as on rods in stock for $200. less than what I paid.
Rather disappointed that I paid for a custom and did not receive what I asked for.

Hands down the absolute best river rod I’ve ever used, and I will never buy anything else! Super light and you can fish all day without your arm getting tired of holding a 10+ foot rod in the air, yet strong enough to hold any fish on the other end!
